Orders are dispatched by MOMMUT.COM Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12.00 a.m. Orders made on Friday shall be processed starting from the next Monday morning, while those made on Saturday and Sunday shall be processed on the next Tuesday.
Products ordered shall be delivered to the postal address specified by the user in the registration form (the customer is recommended to specify an address that is easy to find during working hours).
Delivery shall be made within 2/3 working days from the day of receipt of the order. Delivery is deemed to be completed at the time the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the registration form. In the case of non-delivery due to the addressee’s absence from the specified address, the courier shall leave a delivery notice providing details to contact the courier and arrange an appointment for delivery. In the event that the packaging contains obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user shall promptly inform Mommut's customer service by email to CUSTOMERCARE@MOMMUT.COM.
MOMMUT.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with MOMMUT.COM and therefore agree to accept the delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered for customer-related reasons (incorrect address, always-absent addressee, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs charges shall be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
